Strategic Plan eLocal

eLocal is a municipal model for the management of applications and procedures over the Internet which includes actions designed to modernize diverse areas of the Public Administration and adapt them to social, economic and technological changes in the Information Society. It is aimed at citizens, professionals, companies and legal entities, municipal civil servants and local corporations.

Apart from the municipal model the strategic plan consists of two other parts:

1. The study and classification of Town Councils (Local Corporations) in order to know their reality and to cover the needs of a territorially disperse population.
2. The teleprocessing platform to give telematic support to procedures carried out between Town Councils and Regional Governments
